Do you have coupon codes or discounts?
Yes I do. Coupon codes cannot be combined. I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction.
How are you dealing with COVID?
We are seeing a lot of delays in the shipping time due to COVID19. If you have not received a delivery within the US and it has been longer than 4 weeks, please contact us. Most are arriving within 2-3 weeks. We will be happy to issue a refund after 30 days. International orders delayed even longer. We've seen orders take 2-3 month to arrive. Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering refund for international orders that are delayed.
Do you accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Who pays for returns that are damaged or defective?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you do custom and personalized orders?

Do you have any other Shipping policies?
All orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of payment (1-2 weeks during sales).
No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out.
Please double check your Shipping Address when checking out. The Cargo Hold Designs is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. The Cargo Hold Designs is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored, but is returned to us instead.
The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes. Remember, items in the store (with the exception of Props) are custom printed items and take a few days in production. Please be aware of this when choosing shipping options when ordering.

It varies by product. Mainly from the United States, but we also have partners in the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Latvia and China.
