Returns

At The Cargo Hold Designs, many of our products are handcrafted, specialty, made-to-order, or collectible items. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was received.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personal preference
  • Orders placed in error by the customer

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and photographs carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. Once an order has entered production, is being prepared for shipment, or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

  • Already shipped

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your full name and order number (#0000)
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Claims submitted after 15 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving:

  • Items that arrived damaged
  • Items that arrived defective
  • Items that were shipped incorrectly by The Cargo Hold Designs

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items when replacement inventory is available. Please contact us to begin the exchange process.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. For disputes involving delivered merchandise, we may provide order records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product descriptions, and store policies to the payment processor for review.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund within 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
